Cathy is a results-driven senior leader in strategic CX improvement, Voice-of-Customer programs, and 1-1 CRM with broad experience in the hospitality, retail, and ecommerce sectors. She joined Hostelworld in 2012, having previously worked in senior roles with brands such as Marriott, Intrawest Resorts, HSBC, Walmart, and Air Canada. She holds an MBA and Honours Bachelor of Journalism degrees, and is a Recipient of Canadian Achievers Award from the Prime Minister of Canada.
